We hope you will love your Belover products, but if you change your mind and want to return your order or only a part of it, you have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel your purchase.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, as these are cosmetic products, returns are only possible if:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of non-compliant products. Refunds will not be issued for opened or damaged products.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
REFUNDS
After receiving the package and verifying the integrity of the products, we will process your refund within a few days using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
Belover will refund the cost of the items, but not the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, which are non-refundable.
Important note: We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you have received an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@beloverbeauty.com (no later than 30 days from delivery) attaching a photo. We will find the best solution together.
Belover Beauty products comply with national and EU legislation. Product images and colors may differ slightly from actual product images due to screen settings. We encourage our customers to always consult the ingredient list (INCI) on each product page before purchasing to rule out any potential allergies. Belover Beauty is not responsible for individual reactions to ingredients.
