1. INTRODUCTION AND SUBJECT MATTER

This document governs the use of this Website (www.beloverbeauty.com) and the purchase of products contained herein. The Service is provided by BLOVE
BEAUTY S.R.L, with registered office at Via Sampolo 306, 90143 Palermo (PA), Italy, VAT No. 07164390822 (hereinafter referred to as "BELOVER BEAUTY" or the "Owner"). For any inquiries, please

2. BINDING AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS

By accessing the Website or placing an order, the User enters into a legally binding agreement and accepts these Terms in full.
BELOVER BEAUTY reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version in force at the time the order is placed shall govern the relationship between the Owner and the User.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All product prices are expressed in euro (€) and include VAT for EU countries.

• Accepted Payments: BELOVER BEAUTY utilizes secure, third-party payment gateways. Accepted methods include: Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Klarna (installment plans).
• Security:The Owner does not process or store any sensitive payment data; such information is handled exclusively by the respective payment service providers.

4. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICAL PROVISIONS

4.1 Shipping in Italy

Orders are shipped throughout Italy via tracked Express
Courier. Delivery typically occurs within 24-72 business hours from the date the order is handed to the carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. For mountain areas, peripheral locations, or smaller islands, transit times may require an additional 24-hour period.

4.2 Served European Countries

We ship exclusively to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

4.3 Remote Areas and Non-Served Locations

The Owner does not provide shipping services to overseas
territories, free zones, smaller islands, or locations classified as "Remote Areas" by partner carriers (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands).

• Right of Cancellation: Should a shipping address or ZIP code belong to a non-served area or be subject to unsustainable logistical surcharges, BELOVER BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, following e-mail notification.

4.4 Customs and Non-EU Duties (UK, Switzerland, Norway)

For shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, prices do not include import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the User and will be requested by the carrier upon delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND HYGIENE EXCEPTIONS

5.1 Conditions for Returns

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and applicable EU Law, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or tampered with after delivery for health and hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted if:

• The product remains intact, unopened, unused, and the safety seal is perfectly attached.
• The original packaging (box) is sealed and includes all original components (cap, dispenser, etc.).

5.2 Procedure and Refunds

1. Request: Users must submit a return request HERE.
2. Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the User (Art. 57 Consumer Code). The use of a tracked shipping service is highly recommended.
3. Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days from theverification of the product's integrity, using the original payment method. No product exchanges are permitted, only refunds.

6. SPECIAL INITIATIVES

6.1 Top 30 Challenge (Launch)

The first 30 orders placed on the Website by users registered on the Waitlist will receive a free Belover Beautycase.
Assignment is based on the chronological order recorded by Shopify
cross-referenced with Klaviyo data.

6.2 A Gift from a Lover (#GiftFor)

By participating on Instagram (story/post tagging @beloverbeauty with the hashtag #GiftFor + tagging a friend), users enter a monthly selection of 3 creative shots. BELOVER BEAUTY will ship a gift to the
tagged person.

6.3 Lover of the Month (#BeloverClub)

Using the hashtag #BeloverClub may lead to being elected "Lover of the Month." Selected profiles will receive a 10% discount on their next order and features in the official newsletter.

6.4 Legal Nature

The #GiftFor and #BeloverClub initiatives do not constitute prize contests. Rewards are awarded based on personal merit and creative quality of the content, chosen at the Owner’s sole discretion, in accordance with Art. 6 DPR 430/2001.

7. DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Defects: Contact info@beloverbeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
