SHIPMENTS TO ITALY
We ship throughout Italy via Express Courier with fully tracked shipping.
Delivery usually takes place within 24-72 working hours from the time the package is handed over to the courier.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can then track your package at any time, right up until delivery.
For mountain locations, remote areas, or smaller islands, transit times may require approximately 24 additional hours for logistical reasons beyond our control.

REMOTE AREAS OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES SERVED
Due to logistical limitations and management difficulties, we currently do not ship to overseas territories, free zones, smaller islands, and locations classified as "Remote" by our partner couriers.

Examples of unserved areas:
Spain : Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla;
France : Corsica, Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM);
Denmark : Faroe Islands, Greenland;
Others: Åland Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands.

Important note: The "Remote Area" classification depends exclusively on our courier systems. If your address (or zip code) is listed as unserved or subject to unaffordable surcharges, Belover reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid. Our team will promptly notify you via email.
